- The room rates are on a per room, per night basis in Hong Kong Dollar and is subject to 10% service charge and prevailing government tax (if applicable).
- Room rate is applicable before and after the IEEM2009 official event dates with reservation made by 8 November, 2009 and subject to confirmation.
- Full payment of the entire stay period will be applicable for no show, cancellation and / or any change of confirmed reservations.
- All room reservations must be guaranteed by full payment of whole stay period in advance by use of major credit cards. For credit card guarantee, Regal Kowloon Hotel requires written information to include the name of the card holder as it appears on the card, card type, the card number and card expiry date. Guaranteed reservations will be held until 6:00pm on confirmed arrival date.
- Check-in time is 2:00pm and check-out time is 12:00pm. For early check-in, a full day room rate might be levied and subject to room availability. Late check-out till 6:00pm might be chargeable at 50% of the room rate and a full day room rate will be levied for late check-out after 8:00pm, subject to room availability.
